摘要
以枸杞为试验材料,测定枸杞水提取物作为化妆品添加剂的保湿性及安全性。采用烘箱干燥法、透明质酸酶抑制试验及对大鼠皮肤水含量影响的测定,探讨了枸杞水提取物的保湿能力;采用动物试验,检验其致敏性。结果表明,枸杞水提取物具有良好的保湿能力,对透明质酸酶活性有较好的抑制效果,并且应用添加该提取物的化妆品未见致敏性反应。
Lycium barbarum L.was used as an experimental material to determine the moisturizing and safety of the water extract of Lycium barbarum L.as a cosmetic additive.The oven drying method,hyaluronidase inhibition test and the effect of water content on the skin of rats were used to study the moisturizing ability of this water extract.The sensitization was tested by animal experiments.The results showed that the water extract of Lycium barbarum L.had good moisturizing ability,effective inhibition on hyaluronidase activity,and the cosmetic added with the extract showed no sensitization.
