案例综合教学法在耳鼻咽喉科护理临床带教中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究在耳鼻咽喉科护理临床带教中采取案例结合教学法的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—5月该院耳鼻喉科实习生46名为对照组,采取传统带教模式,另选取2019年6—10月实习生46名为观察组,实施案例综合教学法,比较两组实习生问卷调查结果、考试成绩及教学方法满意度。结果观察组学习兴趣和主动性、专科护理能力、临床思维能力、自学和组织能力、护患沟通能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论知识成绩,技能考核成绩、综合素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学方法满意度,观察组97.83%高于对照组82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例结合教学法在耳鼻咽喉科护理临床带教中应用效果良好,可有效提升教学效果,改善实习生对教学方法的满意度等,值得应用。 Objective To study the application effect of case combined teaching method in clinical teaching of otolaryngology nursing.Methods Select 46 interns from the Department of Otolaryngology in the hospital from January to May 2019 as the control group,adopting the traditional teaching model,and select 46 interns from June to October 2019 as the observation group to implement comprehensive case teaching method,compare the questionnaire survey results,test results and teaching method satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results The observation group's learning interest and initiative,specialty nursing ability,clinical thinking ability,self-study and organization ability,and Nurse-patient communication ability were all higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's theoretical knowledge scores,skills assessment scores and overall quality scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of teaching methods was 97.83%in the observation group higher than the control group 82.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case-combined teaching method has a good application effect in clinical teaching of otolaryngology nursing,which can effectively enhance the teaching effect and improve the satisfaction of interns with the teaching method.It is worthy of application.
