摘要
医疗质量与服务质量均是医院的生命,同样也是医院所有工作与综合实力的真实反映,医院管理中核心且永恒的主题为质量管理。新时期各大医院需密切重视医院质量管理发展趋势,充分吸收国内外的先进管理理念及方法,并与该院的特点相结合开展质量体系建设,才能在市场竞争的过程中占据先机。“三九法则”作为一套系统的管理理念,已被应用到该院的运营管理中,且取得了一定成效。该文就“三九法则”在现代医院质量管理中的应用开展分析,给有关管理者制定相应措施提供一定的参考依据。
Medical quality and service quality are both the life of a hospital,as well as a true reflection of all the work and comprehensive strength of the hospital.The core and eternal theme of hospital management is quality management.In the new era,major hospitals need to pay close attention to the development trend of hospital quality management,fully absorb advanced management concepts and methods at home and abroad,and combine with the characteristics of the hospital to carry out quality system construction in order to take the lead in the process of market competition.As a set of systematic management concepts,the"Three Nine Rules"has been applied to the operation and management of the hospital and has achieved certain results.This article analyzes the application of the"Three Nine Principles"in modern hospital quality management,and provides a certain reference basis for relevant managers to formulate corresponding measures.
