摘要
目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染急性气管支气管炎的效果。方法随机选择2019年1—6月收治的60例小儿肺炎支原体感染急性气管支气管炎患儿,结合治疗方式分组。常规组治疗方式选择阿奇霉素治疗,联合治疗组实施阿奇霉素联合热毒宁治疗。比较肺部鸣音、咳嗽和发热、咽部充血消失时间和住院时间、治疗效果、不良反应情况、治疗前后患儿血清炎症因子含量、肺功能指标。结果联合治疗组肺部鸣音、咳嗽和发热、咽部充血消失时间和住院时间(6.02±0.41)d、(6.24±1.34)d、(3.02±0.13)d、(6.01±1.04)d、(10.77±1.21)d优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.224、6.721、5.267、6.666、5.210,P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗效果96.67%比常规组70.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.812,P<0.05)。联合治疗组不良反应低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.312,P<0.05)。联合治疗组不良反应有1例胃肠道反应,发生率3.33%;常规组不良反应总出现率有2例胃肠道反应,3例皮疹和2例输液反应,发生率23.33%。治疗前两组血清炎症因子含量、肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合治疗组血清炎症因子含量、肺功能指标优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染急性气管支气管炎患儿实施阿奇霉素联合热毒宁治疗效果确切,可加速患儿相关症状消失,并降低炎症因子含量,促进患儿肺功能改善,安全性高,不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the effect of acute tracheobronchitis in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods Included were 60 children with acute tracheobronchitis infected by Mycoplasma pneumoniae who were admitted from January 2019 to June 2019,and were grouped according to treatment methods.Azithromycin was selected for the treatment of the conventional group,and Azithromycin combined with Reduning was used for the combined treatment group.Compare lung sounds,cough and fever,disappearance time of pharyngeal congestion and length of hospital stay,treatment effect,adverse reactions,serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and lung function indicators.Results In the combined treatment group,the disappearance time of pulmonary sound,cough and fever,pharyngeal congestion,and hospital stay were(6.02±0.41)d,(6.24±1.34)d,(3.02±0.13)d,(6.01±1.04)d,(10.77±1.21)d better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.224、6.721、5.267、6.666、5.210,P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the combined treatment group was 96.67%higher than that of the conventional group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.812,P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.312,P<0.05).The combined treatment group had 1 gastrointestinal reaction with an incidence rate of 3.33%;the conventional group had 2 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,3 cases of skin rash and 2 cases of infusion reaction,the incidence was 23.33%.The paired T test Compare the serum inflammatory factor content and lung function index of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum inflammatory factor content and lung function index of the combined treatment group were better than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Reduning in children with acute tracheobronchitis infection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae has a definite effect,which can accelerate the disappearance of related symptoms in children,reduce the content of inflammatory factors,and promote the improvement of lung function in children.It is safe and has fewer adverse reactions.
