摘要
目的分析在治疗胆结石中应用胆结石微创手术后结合肝胆结石片的治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年10月期间收治的80例胆结石患者作为该次研究对象,根据80例患者治疗方案的不同分为两组进行对比分析,每组40例,其中对照组患者给予胆结石微创手术治疗,观察组在胆结石微创手术治疗后同时给予肝胆结石片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果组间治疗效果比较,两组数据结果分别为87.5%、97.5%,其中观察组总有效率97.5%明显更高,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.693,P<0.05)。组间术后总胆红素及血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平,术后第30天,观察组患者总胆红素(15.2±3.5)μmol/L明显更低,且观察组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(21.1±6.8)U/L也明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.693、7.968,P<0.05)。组间残石率及复发率对比,两组患者残石率分别为12.5%、5.0%,其中观察组5.0%更低;两组患者复发率分别为22.5%、7.5%,其中观察组7.5%更低,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.885、6.696,P<0.05)。结论在治疗胆结石中应用胆结石微创手术后结合肝胆结石片治疗的效果显著。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of applying gallstone minimally invasive surgery combined with liver and gallstone tablets in the treatment of gallstones.Methods A total of 80 patients with gallstones admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were conveniently selected as the subjects of this study.According to the treatment plan of the 80 patients,they were divided into two groups for comparative analysis,40 cases per group,including the control group was treated with minimally invasive surgery for gallstones,and the observation group was treated with hepatolithiasis tablets at the same time after the minimally invasive surgery for gallstones.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of the treatment effect between the two groups showed that the results of the two groups were 87.5%and 97.5%respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.693,P<0.05).Postoperative total bilirubin and serum alanine aminotransferase levels between the groups.On the 30th day after surgery,the total bilirubin(15.2±3.5)μmol/L of the observation group was significantly lower,and the observation group serum alanine aminotransferase(21.1±6.8)U/L was also significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.693,7.968,P<0.05).The residual stone rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.The residual stone rates of the two groups were 12.5%and 5.0%,of which 5.0%in the observation group were lower;the recurrence rates of the two groups were 22.5%and 7.5%,of which the observation group was 7.5%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ^2=5.885,6.696,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gallstones,minimally invasive gallstone surgery combined with liver and gallstone tablets has a significant effect.
