摘要
目的:探讨小儿复方氨基酸联合补锌对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿心肌酶谱及炎症指标的影响。方法:选取2018年11月~2019年11月某院医治的96例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。两组均先给予基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组应用补锌剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小儿复方氨基酸治疗,两组均治疗7d时间,对比两组临床症状缓解率、心肌酶谱[肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LD)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)]、炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]。结果:治疗7d后,观察组临床症状缓解率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7d后,两组CK-MB、CK、LD、GOT、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组下降幅度最大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:轮状病毒性肠炎患儿应用小儿复方氨基酸联合补锌剂治疗,可有效促进临床症状的缓解,并改善患儿的心肌酶谱情况,降低炎症指标水平,促进转归。
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound amino acid combined with zinc supplementation on myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflammation indexes in children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods:A total of 96 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in a hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The two groups were given basic treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with zinc supplementation,and the observation group was treated with pediatric compound amino acid treatment for 7 days based on the control group.The clinical symptom relief rates,myocardial enzyme profiles[creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine phosphokinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LD),alanine aminotransferase(GOT)],inflammatory markers[tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the clinical symptom relief rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,adn the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of CK-MB,CK,LD,GOT,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the degree oof decrease in the observation group was larger,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis with pediatric compound amino acid combined with zinc supplementation can effectively promote the relief of clinical symptoms,improve the myocardial enzyme spectrum of children,reduce the level of inflammation indicators,and promote the outcome.
