摘要
论文介绍了基于西门子S7-300PLC的自动化立体仓储系统的软硬件设计方案,及系统仿真调试过程中遇到的问题及处理方法。该设计方案中,商品识别及自动入库精准,智能监控画面清晰、信息量大,系统工作稳定可靠。
This paper introduces the software and hardware design scheme of the automated and three-dimensional storage and retrieval system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC,as well as the problems encountered in the process of system simulation and debugging and the solutions.In the design scheme,the product identification and automated storage are accurate,the intelligent monitoring has clear picture and large amount of information,and the system works stably and reliably.
