摘要
沥青路面平整度性能指标影响人们出行的安全性、舒适性、道路通行能力、路面使用寿命,因此,路面平整度控制是施工环节重点控制指标之一。本文研究分析了沥青路面平整度的传递机理,总结了沥青路面施工平整度控制关键工程部位与施工环节,并针对各个环节提出了具体控制措施,得出了沥青路面平整度在桥梁与路基接缝处、伸缩缝处、级配控制、摊铺工艺、碾压工艺方面具体控制措施,并结合工程应用评估了具体应用效果。
Asphalt pavement flatness performance indicators affect people's travel safety,comfort,road capacity,and pavement service life.Therefore,road flatness control is one of the key control indicators in the construction process.This paper studies and analyzes the transmission mechanism of asphalt pavement flatness,summarizes the key engineering parts and construction links of asphalt pavement construction flatness control,and proposes specific control measures for each link.It is concluded that the asphalt pavement flatness is in the joints of bridges and subgrades.The specific control measures in the area,expansion joints,gradation control,paving technology,and rolling technology,and the specific application effects are evaluated in combination with engineering applications.
