摘要
目的探讨在对妊娠糖尿病患者临床护理中实施产妇健康教育所发挥出的作用。方法该次研究以该院80例妊娠糖尿病患者为主,收治时间为2018年10月—2019年10月,对照组以常规护理为主,在对观察组患者护理期间,常规护理内容同上,另外增加产妇健康教育。比较两组患者血糖控制情况和满意度。结果观察组患者的血糖控制情况良好,糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖含量分别为(5.21±0.35)%、(4.25±1.34)mmol/L、(6.14±1.24)mmol/L,向患者展开满意度调查,共39例对该次护理服务表示满意,总体满意度为97.50%,与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妊娠糖尿病产妇护理期间,在患者用药、血糖监测等方面分别开展相应的健康知识教育,在一定程度上可提高患者的自我管理能力,在医生的叮嘱下,对饮食、运动、心态进行调整,保持良好的状态,将血糖水平控制在合理数值范围内,达到较好的预后效果。
Objective To explore the role of maternal health education in the clinical nursing of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods This study focused on 80 patients with gestational diabetes in the hospital.The admission period was from October 2018 to October 2019.The control group received routine care.During the nursing period of the observation group,the routine care was the same as above,also increase maternal health education.Compare the blood glucose control and satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The blood glucose control of the patients in the observation group was good.The glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose level and the blood glucose content 2 h after meal were(5.21±0.35)%,(4.25±1.34)mmol/L,(6.14±1.24)mmol/L,respectively.A satisfaction survey was carried out on patients.A total of 39 patienes expressed satisfaction with this nursing service.The overall satisfaction rate was 97.50%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of nursing care for pregnant women with gestational diabetes,corresponding health education should be carried out in the aspects of patient medication and blood glucose monitoring,which can improve the patient's self-management ability to a certain extent.Under the doctor's instruction,carry out diet,exercise,and mentality adjustment,maintain a good state,control the blood glucose level within a reasonable range,and achieve a better prognosis effect.
