盐酸右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼麻醉对骨科手术患者的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Combined with Sufentanil Anesthesia on Patients Undergoing Orthopedic Surgery

摘要 目的探究盐酸右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼麻醉对骨科手术患者的影响。方法将2018年1—12月期间该院接受骨科手术治疗的81例患者作为研究对象,基于双色球随机抽取方式,将其分为对照和观察两组。对照组40例,单独给予舒芬太尼治疗;观察组41例,予以盐酸右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼麻醉。对比分析两组麻醉效果与不良反应发生率情况。结果观察组T2、T3、T4时段RR(16.59±1.15)次/min、(15.18±0.81)次/min、(15.28±0.86)次/min及SPO2(98.72±2.46)%、(97.87±2.01)%、(98.07±2.18)%均优于对照组(14.20±1.25)次/min、(11.52±0.97)次/min、(12.61±0.76)次/min、(95.72±2.03)%、(92.16±2.62)%、(94.06±2.87)%,差异有统计学意义(t=13.352、19.687、17.229、11.156、14.575、12.989,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率7.32%低于对照组25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.699,P<0.05)。结论在骨科手术中给予盐酸右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼麻醉效果理想,且能减轻血流动力学影响,减少对呼吸系统的抑制,降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高。 Objective To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil anesthesia on patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods From January to December 2018,81 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in the hospital were taken as the research objects.Based on the random sampling method of double-color balls,they were divided into control and observation two groups.40 cases in the control group were treated with sufentanil alone;41 cases in the observation group were anesthetized with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil.Comparative analysis of the anesthesia effect and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results RR(16.59±1.15)times/min,(15.18±0.81)times/min,(15.28±0.86)times/min and SPO2(98.72±2.46)%,(97.87±2.01)%,(98.07±2.18)%in the observation group during T2,T3 and T4 periods All are better than the control group(14.20±1.25)times/min,(11.52±0.97)times/min,(12.61±0.76)times/min,(95.72±2.03)%,(92.16±2.62)%,(94.06±2.87)%,the differences were statistically significant(t=13.352,19.687,17.229,11.156,14.575,12.989,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32%lower than the control group 25.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.699,P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil in orthopedic surgery is ideal,and it can reduce the hemodynamic effects,reduce the inhibition of the respiratory system,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is safe.
