摘要
目的探讨缓解乳胀,促进乳汁排出的方法。方法选择2016年1月—2017年6月在该院乳腺科门诊就诊,乳腺肿胀的120例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例。实验组给予缩宫素喷雾配合反式按压,对照组使用常规方法。对两组患者排乳效果、产妇产后48 h、30 d母乳喂养情况进行观察。结果实验组排乳时间(25.70±1.759)min、疼痛评分(1.22±0.415)分、乳房胀痛缓解时间(15.73±2.503)h均优于对照组(33.53±3.039)min、(1.57±0.500)分、(19.60±2.657)h,差异有统计学意义(t=-17.297、-4.172、-8.205,P<0.001)。实验组纯母乳喂养率优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率96.67%优于对照组总有效率83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.926,P=0.014)。结论缩宫素喷雾配合反式按压可快速缓解乳头、乳晕处水肿以利于婴儿含接。
Objective To explore methods to relieve breast swelling and promote milk discharge. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 120 patients with breast swelling were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was given oxytocin spray combined with trans compression, the control group used conventional methods. Observations were made on the breastfeeding effect of the two groups of patients, and the breastfeeding status of the mothers 48 h,30 d after delivery. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of lactation time(25.70 ±1.759)min, pain score(1.22±0.415)points,breast pain relief time(15.73 ±2.503)h were better than the control group in(33.53 ±3.039)min,(1.57 ± 0.500)points,(19.60 ±2.657)h, the difference was statistically significant(t =-17.297,-4.172,-8.205,P <0.001);the exclusive breastfeeding in the experimental group was better than the control group(P <0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group 96.67% was better than the control group of the total effective rate 83.33%, the difference was statistically significan(χ^2=5.926, P=0.014). Conclusion Oxytocin spray combined with reverse compression can quickly relieve the edema of the nipple and areola, which is beneficial to the baby.
