以病例为基础的“两微一翻”教学法在心电图实习带教中的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对以病例为基础的“两微一翻”教学法在心电图实习带教中的应用价值与教学效果展开分析和探讨。方法将2017年9月—2019年7月在该院心内科实习的58名临床医学学生作为该次研究对象,以抽签法将其随机分为两组即常规教学组跟创新教学组,每组29名。给予常规教学组采用传统实习教学模式,创新教学组实行以病例为基础的“两微一翻”教学法,观察两组学生的教学效果。结果实习带教前两组学生入科考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实习带教后两组学生出科考试成绩皆较入科考试成绩有不同程度提升,其中创新教学组提升幅度较常规教学组更大(P<0.05)。应用于创新教学组的实习带教方法获得组中96.55%(28/29)学生满意,明显高于常规教学组学生的实习带教方法满意率72.41%(21/29)(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学学生的实习带教过程中应用以病例为基础的“两微一翻”教学法对心电图带教效果的提升更为有利,学生亦能较好接受此种实习带教方法。 Objective To analyze and discuss the application value and teaching effect of case-based"two micros and one flip"teaching method in ECG practice teaching.Methods 58 clinical medicine students who were internships in the cardiology department of the hospital from September 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.Based on the lottery method,they were randomly divided into two groups,namely the conventional teaching group and the innovation teaching group,each group has 29 students.The conventional teaching group adopts the traditional practice teaching model,and the innovative teaching group implements a case-based"two micro-one flip"teaching method to observe the teaching effects of the two groups of students.Results The difference in the entrance examination scores of the two groups of students before the internship teaching was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the internship teaching,the scores of the two groups of students in the entrance examination were improved to different degrees compared with the entrance examination scores,larger than the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).The practice teaching method applied to the innovative teaching group was satisfied with 96.55%(28/29)of the students in the group,which was significantly higher than the satisfaction rate of 72.41%(21/29)(P<0.05)of the conventional teaching group.Conclusion It is more beneficial to improve the effect of ECG teaching to apply the case-based"two micros and one flip"teaching method in the clinical practice teaching process of clinical medicine students,and students can better accept this practice teaching method.
