摘要
目的分析思维导图在临床护理带教中的应用效果和对教学质量的影响。方法将2016年9月—2019年7月40名实习护士纳入实验中,借助隐匿随机数表法开展分组研究,组别为参照组、实验组,各20名,参照组配合传统带教模式,实验组给予思维导图,两组实习护士的对比指标选择:教学质量、教学满意率。结果实验组教学质量各项评分均显著高于参照组,实验组教学满意率为95.00%显著高于参照组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理带教中使用思维导图进行教学,整体教学质量理想,学生考核优秀率较高,并且对于教学的满意率也较高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of mind mapping in clinical nursing teaching and its influence on teaching quality.Methods From September 2016 to July 2019,40 nurses in practice were included in the experiment.The grouping study was carried out with the help of the concealed random number table method.The groups were the reference group and the experimental group,with 20 people in each group.The reference group was combined with traditional teaching mode,the experimental group was given a mind map,and the comparison indicators of the two groups of practice nurses were selected:teaching quality,teaching satisfaction rate.Results The scores of teaching quality of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group.The teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mind maps in clinical nursing teaching is an ideal teaching method.The overall teaching quality is ideal.The student has a high rate of excellence in assessment and a high rate of satisfaction with teaching.
