压缩空气在内蒙古某地浸矿山水冶工艺的应用

摘要 在内蒙古某CO 2+O 2地浸铀矿山的水冶工艺生产中,存在布袋式过滤器更换耗时长、淋洗合格液铀浓度低、黄饼水分偏高、冬季废水外排困难等问题。通过研究,将压缩空气应用于水冶生产工序,形成了一套完善的地浸矿山水冶工艺压缩空气应用体系,有效地解决了水冶生产中存在的问题。该体系的建立实现了一机多用,提高了设备、设施的利用效率,有利于推动地浸矿山的高效发展。 In the hydrometallurgy process of a CO 2+O 2 in-situ leaching uranium mine in Inner Mongolia,there are some problems,such as the long time of bag filter conversion,the low concentration of uranium in the leaching qualified liquid,the high moisture content of yellow cake,and the difficulty of waste water discharge in winter.The compressed air produced by air compressor is applied in the production process of hydrometallurgy,forming a complete set of application system of compressed air for in-situ leaching mine hydrometallurgy process,which effectively solves the problems in the hydrometallurgical production processes.The establishment of the system realizes the concept of one machine with multi-purpose,improves the utilization efficiency of equipment and facilities,and promotes the efficient development of in-situ leaching mines.
