虚拟现实技术在神经内科眩晕患者平衡训练中的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察虚拟现实技术在神经内科眩晕患者平衡训练中的效果。方法将180例眩晕患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组90例。2组患者均给予常规药物治疗。在此基础上,对照组接受常规康复训练,观察组接受虚拟现实技术下的康复训练。比较2组治疗前与治疗2周后的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果治疗后,2组BBS、BI评分均提高,且观察组BBS、BI评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术辅助下的康复训练可显著改善神经内科眩晕患者平衡功能,提高生活质量。 Objective To observe the effect of virtual reality technology in balance training of patients with vertigo in Department of Neurology. Methods Totally 180 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine medicine therapy. On this basis,the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation training based on virtual reality technology. The scores of Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Barthel Index (BI) before and after 2 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the BBS and BI scores in both groups improved significantly,and the BBS and BI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training based on virtual reality technology can significantly improve the balance function and quality of life in patients with vertigo in Department of Neurology.
