摘要
为实时监测动力电池组,确保工作可靠,设计在线监测系统。针对现代有轨电车动力电池组分散布置的特点,采用可分散安装的主从式复合结构,核心为嵌入式单片机和传感器。该系统可实时采集动力电池组的总电压、单体电压、电流和温度信息,利用数据信息进行故障诊断、处理及均衡控制;采用安时计量法和开路电压法相结合,估算电池组的荷电状态(SOC)。在静态工况下,系统的单体电压监测精度达-0.28%;以0.5 C的电流对12个串联电池组放电,监测系统的SOC估算精度达2.6%。监测系统可实时监测动力电池组的运行状态并进行一定的安全保护,从而提高安全运行的可靠性。
In order to monitor the power battery in real time and ensure its reliability,an online monitoring system was designed.Aimed to the characteristics of distributed layout of modern tram power battery pack,the monitoring system adopted the master-slave composite structure which could be installed in a distributed manner,its core was embedded single chip microcomputer and sensor.The system could collect the total voltage,unit voltage,current and temperature information of the power battery pack in real time,and used the data information to carry out fault diagnosis,processing and equalization control.At the same time,it used the combination of ampere hour measurement method and open circuit voltage method to estimate the state of charge of the battery pack.The monitoring accuracy of single cell voltage was-0.28%under the static condition,the SOC estimation accuracy of the monitoring system was 2.6%when 12 Series battery packs were discharged at 0.5 C.The monitoring system could monitor the running state of the power battery pack in real time and protect it to some extent,so as to improve the reliability of its safe operation.
