摘要
目的:探讨补肾祛斑汤联合低能量Q开关激光对黄褐斑患者抗氧化功能、皮肤色斑及屏障的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年3月笔者医院收治的80例女性黄褐斑患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予低能量Q开关激光治疗,观察组在此基础上给予补肾祛斑汤联合治疗,两组均治疗12周。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,对比两组治疗前后皮损总积分、中医证候总积分、血清P物质(SP)、促黑激素(MSH)及氧化应激指标水平。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗12周后两组皮损总积分及中医证候总积分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清SP、MSH、丙二醇(MDA)水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾祛斑汤联合低能量Q开关激光治疗黄褐斑,可显著改善患者氧化应激指标水平,增强抗氧化功能,并能降低患者血清SP、MSH水平,改善患者黄褐斑症状,继而能提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Quban decoction combined with low-energy Q-switch on anti-oxidant function,skin pigmentation and barrier in patients with melasma.Methods 80 cases of female melasma patients treated in our hospital between January 2017 and March 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was given low-energy Q-switch for treatment,and the observation group was given Bushen Quban decoction for treatment.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were ompared.The total score of skin lesions,TCM syndrome total points,the levels of serum substance P(SP),melatonin(MSH)and oxidative stress indicators before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,obviously higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of skin damage scores and TCM syndrome total points in the two groups were reduced,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum SP,MSH and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the two groups were reduced,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Quban Decoction combined with low-energy Q-switch to treat chloasma can significantly improve the level of oxidative stress indicators and enhance the antioxidant function of patients,and can reduce the levels of serum SP and MSH in patients,thereby improving the symptoms of chloasma,and improve the patients efficacy to improve their quality of life.
