摘要
该设计以欧姆龙PLC为控制核心,人机界面作为上位机,通过机械结构设计,完成了4*5共20个仓位的立体仓库模型的制作,通过模块化程序设计,用梯形图实现了X、Y、Z三轴步进电机对货物的精准定位,用人机界面建立监控画面,从而实现立体仓库模型的动态监控。立体仓库模型控制系统有手动和自动两种控制方式,能较为准确地完成货物的存取功能,可作为高校实验室立体仓库教学模型参考选用。
The design with omron PLC as the control core,the man-machine interface for the upper machine,through the mechanical structure design,completed the 4*5,a total of 20 positions of stereoscopic warehouse model,through the modular program design,the trapezoidal diagram is used to realize the precise positioning of the X,Y and Z triaxial stepper motor to the goods,and the monitor screen is built on the interface of the human machine,so as to realize the dynamic monitoring of the three-dimensional warehouse model.The control system of three-dimensional warehouse model has two control modes,manual and automatic,which can finish the storage and retrieval function of goods more accurately,which can be used as a reference for the teaching model of the three-dimensional warehouse in the university laboratory.
