摘要
目的调查锦州市社区老年人抑郁现状,探讨影响社区老年人抑郁发生的相关因素,为改善社区老年人心理健康状况提供依据。方法便利抽取辽宁省锦州市(古塔区、凌河区、太和区)132名社区老年人为研究对象,应用一般资料问卷和GDS-30老年抑郁量表进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 24.0统计软件进行描述性分析、卡方检验、多重线性回归分析。结果社区老年人抑郁症状得分为(6.28±4.791)分,抑郁症检出率约为21.7%。抑郁在性别、配偶、独居、慢性病、身体锻炼情况上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,独居、慢性病、身体锻炼因素对抑郁得分有预测作用(P<0.05)。结论锦州市社区老年人抑郁检出率较高。女性、无配偶、有慢性病、独居、无身体锻炼的社区老年人更易患抑郁症。社区及家庭等可针对以上重点人群,采取措施以改善老年人心理健康状况。
Objective To investigate the present situation of depression among the elderly in the community of Jinzhou,and to explore the related factors affecting the occurrence of depression among the elderly in the community so as to provide basis for improving the mental health status of the elderly in the community.Methods 132 community elderly people in Jinzhou(Guta District,Linghe District,Taihe District)of Liaoning Province were conveniently selected as the research objects.General data questionnaire and GDS-30 geriatrician depression Scale were used for questionnaire survey.SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used for descriptive analysis,chi-square test,and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The depressive symptoms score of the elderly in the community was(6.28±4.791),and the detection rate of depression was about 21.7%.There were statistically significant differences of depression in gender,spouse,living alone,chronic disease and physical exercise(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that living alone,chronic diseases and physical exercise were predictive factors of depression scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of depression among the elderly in Jinzhou community is relatively high.Those who are female,with non-spouses,with chronic diseases,living alone and without physical exercise are more likely to develop depression.Communities and families are to take measures to improve the mental health status of the target groups.
