锦州地区早期孕妇尿碘与甲状腺功能的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估锦州地区早期孕妇碘营养水平及其与甲状腺功能的相关性。方法选取锦州市2018年3月至2019年6月的早期孕妇1025例,根据尿碘水平分为碘缺乏组、碘充足组、碘超量组和碘过量组,回顾性分析4组孕妇的尿碘及其与甲状腺功能的相关性。结果尿碘中位数水平为289.64μg/L;尿碘水平与TSH、FT4无关(P>0.05),与FT3有关(r=0.183,P<0.05)。结论锦州地区早期孕妇处于碘超量水平,FT3水平与尿碘值呈正相关关系。 Objective To evaluate the nutrition level of iodine of early pregnant women in Jinzhou and explore its correlation with their thyroid function.Methods A total of 1025 early pregnant women from March 2018 to June 2019 in Jinzhou were selected and divided into four groups based on their urinary iodine levels:iodine deficiency group,iodine sufficiency group,iodine excess group and iodine overdose group.The correlation between the urinary iodine and thyroid function of the four groups was retrospectively analyzed.Results The median urinary iodine level was 289.64μg/L.Urinary iodine levels were not correlated with TSH or FT4(P>0.05),but with FT3(r=0.183,P<0.05).Conclusion Iodine excess is showed in early pregnant women in Jinzhou.The FT3 level is positively correlated with urinary iodine level.
