探讨利拉鲁肽联合甘精胰岛素治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者的疗效被引量：5

Explore the Efficacy of Liraglutide Combined with Insulin Glargine in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Patients

摘要目的观察利拉鲁肽联合甘精胰岛素治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2017年7月—2019年6月该院收治的68例T2DM病例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组单纯予以甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组予以利拉鲁肽联合甘精胰岛素治疗。对比两组治疗前、治疗12周后血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、空腹胰岛素水平。结果治疗前两组的FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc、FINS水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组FPG(6.12±0.78)mmol/L、2 hPG(11.35±2.32)mmol/L、HbAlc(6.50±0.72)%、FINS(19.55±3.27)μU/L与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组FPG(6.88±0.82)mmol/L、2 hPG(13.08±2.40)mmol/L、HbAlc(7.23±0.80)%、FINS(17.41±3.12)μU/L与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组明显优于对照组(t=4.194、3.237、4.236、2.957,P<0.05)。结论对于新诊断2型糖尿病患者予以利拉鲁肽联合甘精胰岛素治疗效果显著,能有效控制血糖,促进胰岛功能的恢复。 Objective To observe the efficacy of liraglutide combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods 68 cases of T2DM admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases each.The control group was treated with insulin glargine alone,and the observation group was treated with liraglutide combined with insulin glargine.The blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin levels,and fasting insulin levels before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc,FINS levels was not statistically significant(P>0.05)in the first two groups of treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the observation group FPG(6.12±0.78)mmol/L,2 hPG(11.35±2.32)mmol/L,HbAlc(6.50±0.72)%,FINS(19.55±3.27)μU/L and the differences are statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05);2 hPG(13.08±2.40)mmol/L,HbAlc(7.23±0.80)%,FINS(17.41±3.12)μU/L and the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05),while the observation group was significantly better than the control group(t=4.194,3.237,4.236,2.957,P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide combined with insulin glargine has a significant effect on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients,which can effectively control blood sugar and promote the recovery of islet function.
