摘要
目的探讨分析腹膜外腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术合并糖尿病的护理对策。方法选取该院2017年10月—2019年10月收治的28例前列腺癌合并糖尿病患者,给予该组患者腹膜外腔镜下前列腺癌根治术,手术期间做好护理配合与干预,对患者护理干预效果进行对比。结果在给予该组患者护理干预后,患者空腹血糖值为(6.89±1.17)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖值为(9.10±2.87)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(6.59±0.82)%。该组患者护理前后血糖指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者护理干预后:焦虑评分(46.15±7.63)分与抑郁评分(47.30±7.34)分结果均明显改善,并且和护理前焦虑评分(59.31±4.32)分与抑郁评分(64.22±6.19)分差异有统计学意义(t=11.246、10.637、P<0.05);该组患者中,有23例患者表示非常满意,有4例患者表示满意,有1例患者表示不满意,该组患者护理满意度为96.43%。结论在给予前列腺癌合并糖尿病患者腹膜外腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术时,注重围手术期护理干预,有助于提升患者手术治疗成功率,改善预后。
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing strategy of extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy combined with diabetes.Methods 28 patients with prostate cancer complicated with diabetes admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and given radical resection of prostate cancer under extraperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in this group.Nursing cooperation and intervention were performed during the operation,and the nursing intervention effect of the patients was compared.Results After the nursing intervention of this group of patients,the fasting blood glucose value of the patients was(6.89±1.17)mmol/L,the blood glucose value of 2 h after meal was(9.10±2.87)mmol/L,and the glycosylated hemoglobin was(6.59±0.82)%.There were statistically significant differences in blood glucose indexes before and after nursing in this group of patients(P<0.05).After the patient's nursing intervention:the results of anxiety score(46.15±7.63)points and depression score(47.30±7.34)points were significantly improved,and the results were significantly improved from pre-care anxiety scores of(59.31±4.32)points and depression scores of(64.22±6.19)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.246,10.637,P<0.05);in this group of patients,23 patients were very satisfied,4 patients were satisfied,and 1 patient was dissatisfied.The care satisfaction of this group of patients was 96.43%.Conclusion When giving extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer to patients with prostate cancer and diabetes,paying attention to perioperative nursing intervention can help improve the success rate of surgical treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.
