摘要
涉医安全事件频发引起了社会各界的广泛关注和讨论。医疗机构作为保障医务人员安全的第一责任人,需要承担起防范涉医安全风险的主体责任,并在防范处置工作上有所创新。作者提出医疗机构应当针对涉医安全事件建立分级处置机制,并进一步设计了以三级应急响应为基础的应急预案,同时提出保障应急预案有效实施的措施建议,以落实国家法律法规和政策精神,实现精准有效管理,切实保障医院安全秩序。
Frequent medical-related safety incidents have aroused general public attention and discussion.As the first person responsible for ensuring the safety of medical personnel,medical institutions need to assume the main responsibility for preventing medical-related safety risks.There are innovations in prevention and treatment works.This work proposes that medical institutions should establish a hierarchical treatment mechanism for medicalrelated safety incidents,and designs an emergency plan based on three-level emergency response,and proposes a few measures to effectively implementing the emergency plan.The emergency plan and measures contribute to implement the spirit of national laws,regulations and policies,achieve accurate and effective management and effectively ensure hospital safety and order.
