摘要
目的:探讨中医理筋手法联合肌内贴治疗急性踝关节扭伤患者临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年2月收治的92例急性踝关节扭伤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用中医理筋手法联合肌内贴治疗,对照组采用常规固定治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗后7d、14d VAS评分、kofoed评分、肿胀程度。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的82.61%,治疗前两组VAS评分、kofoed评分、肿胀程度无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后7d、14d观察组VAS评分较对照组显著下降、kofoed评分较对照组提高、肿胀程度较对照组缓解更显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医理筋手法联合肌内贴治疗急性踝关节扭伤可提高疗效,缓解疼痛及肿胀,改善踝关节功能。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effects of TCM manipulation of tendons combined with intramuscular sticking in the treatment of patients with acute ankle sprains;Method:A total of 92 patients with acute ankle sprains who were admitted from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group The observation group was given TCM therapy combined with intramuscular sticking,and the control group was given conventional fixation treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,7d and 14d VAS score,kofoed score,and swelling degree;Results:The total clinical efficacy of the observation group The effective rate was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.61%.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,kofoed score,and swelling degree between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7d and 14d treatment,the VAS score of the observation group decreased and the kofoed score increased.The degree of swelling was alleviated more significantly(P<0.05);Conclusion:The treatment of acute ankle sprain with TCM manipulation of tendons combined with intramuscular sticking can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve pain and swelling,and improve ankle function.
