摘要
研究超声波清洗与高温气体再生技术对柴油颗粒捕集器(diesel particulate filter,DPF)性能的影响,制定试验方法与策略,对不同规格DPF进行超声波清洗与高温气体再生试验。背压试验发现,超声波清洗后DPF压降增加2.7%,高温气体再生处理后压降增加4.3%;超声波清洗处理与高温气体再生处理DPF的起燃温度最大降幅为1.9%。活性试验发现,400℃时2种处理方法的最大转化率降低1.6%。经过上述2种方法处理后的DPF背压与合成气体台架试验中载体涂层活性变化均在5%以内,无明显差异。
In order to verify the effect of ultrasonic cleaning and high-temperature gas regeneration DPF technology,different specifications of DPFs are tested.Pressure drop is increased by 2.7%after ultrasonic cleaning,and increased by 4.3%after high temperature gas regeneration.The maximum reduction of light off activation characteristic after ultrasonic cleaning and high temperature gas regeneration is 1.9%,and the maximum conversion rate is decreased by 1.6%at 400℃.The results show that there is no significant impact on DPF pressure drop value and SGB activity after ultrasonic cleaning and high temperature gas regeneration treatment.
