摘要
目的观察品管圈管理在孕中晚期乙肝患者母婴阻断服药依从性的应用效果。方法选择2016年2月至8月收治的44例孕中晚期成立品管圈小组,分析影响服药依从性的因素,实施针对性改进措施,比较实施前后孕中晚期乙肝患者母婴阻断服药依从性相关情况。结果品管圈干预后患者知识知晓率和服药依从率均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组新生儿0月龄、6月龄、1周岁HBsAg阳性率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动后护理人员的品管手法、沟通协调能力、持续改进工作中存在实际问题的能力、团队凝聚力和管理效益方面均显著提高。结论通过品管圈管理提高孕中晚期乙肝患者母婴阻断知识水平和服药依从性,降低新生儿感染率,有效提高母婴阻断成功率。
Objective To investigate the effects of quality control circle(QCC)on the drug administration compliance of mother to child transmission interruption in pregnant women with hepatitis B at middle and later period of pregnancy.Methods A total of 44 pregnant women with hepatitis B at middle and later period of pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2016 were enrolled in the study,who were intervened by QCC.The influencing factors of medication compliance were analyzed,and the tarrgeted improvement measures were performed.The related situation of drug administration in pregnant women with hepatitis B at middle and later period of pregnancy before and after intervention was observed and compared.Results After QCC intervention,the patients’knowledge awareness rate and drug administration compliance rate were significantly increased,as compared with those before QCC intervention(P<0.05).The positive rate of HBsAg in 0 month of age neonate group,6 months group and 1 year group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After the QCC intervention,the quality control technique of nurses,communication and coordination ability,the ability to continuously improve the practical problems in the work,the team cohesion and the management efficiency were significantly improved.Conclusion The QCC management can improve the knowledge levels about mother to child transmission interruption and drug administration compliance in pregnant women with hepatitis B at middle and later period of pregnancy,reduce the infection rate of neonates,and effectively improve the success rate of mother to child transmission interruption for hepatitis B virus infection.
