摘要
文章依托大连地铁港湾广场站—中山广场站区间隧道工程,通过现场实测数据,详细分析了在穿越全断面硬岩、软硬不均、风化不均的复杂地层条件时的盾构掘进参数控制技术及其变化规律,并通过对实测数据的总结分析,给出相应的掘进参数优化建议。通过引入灰色系统理论下的GM(1,1)预测模型,对掘进总推力进行了实例预测。预测结果表明,在一定掘进距离内推力预测值与实际值相差不大。在复杂的地层条件下,可以运用该预测模型对盾构掘进参数进行近期预测。
Taking the running tunnel from Gangwan square station to Zhongshan square station of Dalian Metro as background,the control technique and change law of driving parameters are analyzed for shield tunnelling in the mixed strata including full face hard rocks,uneven hard and soft rocks,and uneven weathered rocks.According to this law,the optimization suggestion on driving parameters are given.In light of the grey system theory,GM(1,1)pre⁃diction model is introduced to predict the total driving thrust.The results show that the predicted thrust value is close to the actual driving data.It′s explained that using this model the driving parameters in short term can be pre⁃dicted for shield tunnelling in complex strata.
