摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,推进国家治理能力和治理体系现代化成为新的战略主题我国经济治理体系是基于中国特色社会主义基本经济制度基础上建立的,以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展,以按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存,社会主义市场经济共同构成了我国经济治理体系的制度基础在进行经济治理活动时,坚持将国家作为重要经济主体、坚持党领导经济、坚持以人民为中心、坚持新发展理念引领是我国经济治理体系的四个显著特征实践证明,健全与完善我国经济治理体系需要多措并举、找重点、抓联系,增强经济治理的整体性从系统论出发优化经济治理方式,加强全局观念,在多重目标中寻求动态平衡,在健全与完善经济治理体系的过程中,强化经济治理的目标指向性、系统联动性、效果集成性,有助于将我们的经济制度优势切实转化为经济治理效能。
In the new era,promoting the modernization of national governance capabilities and governance systems has become a new strategic theme.China's economic governance system was established on the basis of the basic socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics.With public ownership remaining dominant and diverse fomis of ownership developing side by side,distribution according to work remaining dominant and multiple distribution modes existing side by side,socialism market economy forms the institutional foundation of China's economic governance system.When carrying out economic governance activities,adhering to taking the state as an important economic entity,party leadership for the economy,people—centered and the guidance of the new development concept is the significant characteristic of China's economic governance system.It has been proven by practice that,in order to perfect and improve China?s economic governance system,it is necessary to take multiple measures,look for key points,grasp relations,and improve the globality of economic governance.Optimizing the economic governance mode from the system theory,strengthening the global concept,seeking dynamic balance among multiple goals,and strengthening the goal directness,system linkage and effect integration of economic governance in the process of improving and perfecting the economic governance system are conducive to effecting converting our economic system advantages to economic governance efficiency.
