摘要
目的通过对氨酚烷胺那敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量测定结果建立不确定度评定方法,为实验结果的评判提供了更科学的评定限度,提高测定结果的准确度和可信度。方法通过紫外分光光度法,测定氨酚烷胺那敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量,再通过数字建模,数据汇总分析,评定不确定度。结果测得不确定度的值U=0.003,k=2。结论根据测量结果及考虑不确定度影响后,可以判定样品的检验结论为合格。该不确定度评定方法为结果判定提供了更清晰的判定依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish an uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of paracetamol in paracetamol and aminonamine capsules,so as to provide a more scientific evaluation limit for the experimental results and improve the accuracy and reliability of the determination results.METHODS The content of paracetamol in paracetamol and aminonamine capsules was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The uncertainty was determined by digital modeling,data aggregation and analysis.RESULTS The uncertainty value U=0.003,k=2.CONCLUSION According to the measurement results and considering the influence of uncertainty,it can be determined that the test conclusion of the sample is qualified.The evaluation method of uncertainty provides a clearer basis for judging the results.
