摘要
医院对知识型员工的需求日益迫切,市场竞争从某种意义上来说就是知识型员工的竞争。本文的撰写旨在促进管理者认识到知识型员工对于康复医院发展的重要性,提出减少康复医院知识型员工流动的相关措施,以期能够为康复医院提供一定借鉴。
The demand for knowledge workers in hospitals is more and more urgent.In a sense,the market competition is the competition of knowledge workers.The purpose of this paper is to promote the managers to realize the importance of knowledge workers for the development of rehabilitation hospitals,and put forward the relevant measures to reduce the flow of knowledge workers in rehabilitation hospitals,in order to provide some reference for rehabilitation hospitals.
