氯喹和羟氯喹抗病毒治疗药理作用及不良反应研究进展 被引量:2

Research Progress on Pharmacological Effect and Adverse Reactions of Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine in Antiviral Therapy

摘要 目的探讨抗疟药物氯喹和羟氯喹在抗病毒治疗中的药理作用及不良反应。方法查阅国内外相关文献,总结氯喹和羟氯喹抗病毒治疗的药理作用和不良反应。结果与结论氯喹和羟氯喹通过抑制细胞受体与病毒识别阻止病毒进入,且干扰病毒在细胞内的增殖周期、抑制病毒慢性感染期免疫持续活化导致的炎症损伤,从而产生抗病毒作用。临床应用中应加强对患者视力障碍、各种类型皮疹、低钾血症及心脏毒性等严重不良反应的监护。 Objective To investigate the pharmacological effect and adverse reactions of anti-malarial drugs chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in antiviral therapy.Methods The pharmacological effect and adverse reactions of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in antiviral therapy were summarized by referring to relevant literature at home and abroad.Results and Conclusion Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine have antiviral effect by preventing entry of viruses by inhibiting relative cell receptors and virus recognition,interfering with the intracellular proliferation cycle of the virus,inhibiting the inflammatory damage caused by the continuous activation of the immune system during the chronic viral infection.In clinical application,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of severe adverse reactions such as visual impairment,various types of skin rash,hypokalemia and cardiac toxicity in patients.
