摘要
高速公路工程投资数额大,其工程造价一直是建设相关者和公众关注的焦点,目前高速公路项目投资中存在资金浪费甚至超概等问题。因此,对其造价控制方法进行专题研究是当务之急。首先研究以设计阶段为切入点,分析高速公路工程造价的主要影响因素,建立造价控制指标体系,运用SD理论绘制影响因素的因果关系图,揭示影响要素的逻辑关系及作用机理;其次绘制造价控制指标系统存量流量图,构建基于SD的高速公路工程造价控制模型,定量研究造价控制指标系统结构;最后以JT高速公路项目为案例工程,检验所构建模型的先进性和有效性,为高速公路项目设计方案优化及主动、精准造价控制提供新的路径和方法,为项目投资决策提供支持和建议。
Due to the large amount of investment in expressway project,the project cost has always been the focus of the project construction stakeholders and the public concern.At present,there are problems such as waste of funds or even beyond the budget estimation in the investment of expressway project.Therefore,it is urgent to study the cost control method.Firstly,the paper analyzes the main influencing factors of expressway engineering cost from the design stage,establishes the cost control index system,draws the causal relationship diagram of influencing factors with SD theory,and reveals the logical relationship and action mechanism of influencing factors;secondly,the stock flow chart of cost control index system is drawn,and the expressway engineering cost control model based on SD is constructed,and the structure of cost control index system is quantitatively studied;finally,taking the JT expressway project as a case study,it examines the advanced and effective construction model,and provides a new path and method for optimizing the expressway project design and controlling the active and precise cost,providing support and suggestions for the project investment decision.
