摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄胶囊治疗齐拉西酮、丙戊酸钠联合用药引起的肝损伤的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-6月我院接收的因齐拉西酮、丙戊酸钠联合用药导致的肝损伤患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)及研究组(30例),对照组实施常规护肝治疗,研究组加用茵栀黄胶囊治疗。比较分析2组临床疗效及肝功能指标。结果研究组临总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后AST、ALT、TBi L、GGT均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄胶囊可有效提升齐拉西酮、丙戊酸钠联合用药引起肝损伤的治疗效果,改善肝功能,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang capsule on the liver injury caused by the combination of ziprasidone and sodium valproate in order to provide a basis for the rational use of drugs in the clinic.Methods 60 patients with liver injury due to ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate received by our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected and divided into a control group(30 cases)and a research group(30 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine liver protection treatment,and the research group was given Yinzhihuang capsule treatment. The clinical efficacy and liver function indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the AST,ALT,TBiL,and GGT of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang capsule can effectively prevent and treat liver injury caused by ziprasidone and sodium valproate combined treatment,and improve its function,which is worthy of further study.
