摘要
目的观察滋肾复经汤联合针刺治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果。方法50例卵巢早衰患者,采用非随机临床同期对照研究及患者自愿原则分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用滋肾复经汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用针刺治疗。比较两组治疗后症状积分改善情况,治疗效果,治疗前后激素水平改善情况及卵巢功能改善情况。结果两组治疗后症状积分显著低于治疗前,观察组症状积分改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FSH、LH显著低于治疗前,E2显著高于治疗前,观察组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后MOD、子宫内膜厚度显著高于治疗前,观察组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾复经汤联合针刺治疗卵巢早衰可显著减轻临床症状,提高治疗效果,促进激素水平及卵巢功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Fujing decoction combined with acupuncture on premature ovarian failure.Methods 50 patients with premature ovarian failure were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of non randomized clinical concurrent control study and patients’voluntariness.The control group was treated with Zishen Fujing Decoction,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptom score,therapeutic effect,hormone level and ovarian function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the improvement effect of symptom score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,E2 was significantly higher than before treatment,and the improvement effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,mod and endometrial thickness of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Fujing decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,promote the hormone level and ovarian function recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
