摘要
目的由于现代医学中,西医对于治疗心脏病中的早搏效果较为局限,而相对来说中医治疗的不良反应较小,于是总结王颖教授关于如何利用针刺结合中药治疗心阳不振型早搏的临床经验,以供后人学习参考。方法通过随诊观察王颖教授治疗心阳不振型早搏患者数例,分析其常用中药配伍、用药剂量和随证加减以及主要的针灸选穴和针刺方法,并记录患者服药后的身体状况,舌象,脉象以及自我感觉变化,总结临床经验。结果王颖教授常以活血化瘀药为主兼以助阳化气药物并结合长针刺法治疗早搏,对早搏患者治愈率达98.5%,效果十分良好。结论王颖教授在临床中使用针药结合治疗早搏患者的疗效显著,极大的提高了患者的生活质量,并避免了西医治疗可能加大早博患者心脏负荷的风险,值得广泛应用于临床,为更多早搏患者带来福音。
Objective In modern medicine,the effect of western medicine on premature beat in the treatment of heart disease is relatively limited,while the side effects of traditional Chinese medicine are less,professor WANG Ying’s clinical experience on how to use acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat premature beat of heart Yang depression was summarized for future reference.Methods Through the follow-up observation of professor WANG Ying’s treatment of patients with premature beat of heart Yang type,the author analyzed the compatibility and the dosageof traditional Chinese medicine,the addition and subtraction according to syndromes,the main acupuncture points andmethodsselections,recorded the patients’physical condition,tongue image,pulse image and self perception changes after taking medicine,and summarized the clinical experience.Results Professor WANG Ying often treated premature beat mainly by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method,and also by promoting Yang and Qi method,combined with long needling.The cure rate of premature beat was 98.5%and the effect was very good.Conclusion Professor WANG Ying’s clinical application of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of premature beats has a significant effect,greatly improving the quality of life of patients,and avoiding the risk that western medicine treatment may increase the heart load of patients with premature beats.It is worthy ofwidely using in clinical practice,bringing more benefits for patients with premature beats.
