摘要
SWOT分析法即以内部优势、劣势、外部机会、威胁四大方面对研究对象进行具体分析。文章运用文献资料法、实地考察法等以SWOT分析法为载体,以洛师场馆为事例,研究高校体育场馆运营问题。基于此,文章提出以下有效运营途径:(1)SO(优势-机会)组合策略:利用优势、把握机会;(2)内外部WO(劣势-机会)组合策略:克服劣势、把握机会;(3)内外部ST(优势-威胁)组合策略:发挥优势、应对威胁;(4)内外部WT(劣势-威胁)组合策略:应对劣势及威胁,科学高效规避风险。为解决我国高校体育场馆运营问题提出针对性建议。
The SWOT analysis method specifically analyzes the research object in four aspects:internal strength,weakness,external opportunities,and threats.This article uses the literature method,field investigation method,etc.to take the SWOT analysis method as a carrier,and uses stadiums at Luoyang Normal University as an example to study the operation problems of college stadiums.Based on this,the article proposes the following effective operating approaches:(1)SO(strength-opportunity)combination strategy:use advantages and grasp opportunities;(2)internal and external WO(weakness-opportunity)combination strategy:overcome disadvantages and seize opportunities;(3)internal and external ST(strength-threat)combination strategy:exert advantages and respond to threats;(4)internal and external WT(weakness-threat)combination strategy:respond to disadvantages and threats,and scientifically and efficiently avoid risks.It puts forward specific suggestions to solve the problems of stadiums and universities in China.
