纤维素/羟基磷灰石气凝胶的制备及其吸附性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用真空冷冻干燥法制备了三维多孔结构的微晶纤维素/羟基磷灰石纳米棒气凝胶(MCC/HAP),并通过三甲基氯硅烷(TCS)浸渍处理获得了疏水性气凝胶(TCS/MCC/HAP),研究了气凝胶对大豆油、有机染料和重金属离子的吸附性能。实验结果表明,HAP添加量为25%的TCS/MCC/HAP气凝胶对大豆油、甲基橙和罗丹明B以及Cu^2+、Cr^3+、Cd^2+、Pb^2+四种重金属离子具有优良的吸附性能,TCS/MCC/HAP气凝胶对有机染料和重金属离子的吸附动力学更符合准二级动力学模型。 A microcrystalline cellulose/hydroxyapatite nanorods aerogel(MCC/HAP)with three-dimensional porous structure was prepared by vacuum freeze-drying.Hydrophobic modified chlorotrimethylsilane(TCS)/MCC/HAP aeroges was prepared by impregnation.The adsorption performance of soybean oil,organic dyes and heavy mental ions on the aerogels were evaluated.The results indicated that TCS/MCC/HAP aerogel has excellent adsorption ability for soybean oil,organic dyes and heavy metal ions including Cu^2+,Cr^3+,Cd^2+and Pb^2+when the HAP content was 25%.The absorption of heavy mental ions and organic dyes on TCS/MCC/HAP aerogel conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
