矿石中含Zr物相在冶金过程中的迁移和转变

Migration and Transformation of Zr-containing Phase in Ore during Metallurgical Process

摘要 锆是重要的合金元素,但锆矿中复杂的物相赋存状态导致其提取和综合利用率仍偏低。海南的锆资源开采量居国内首位,铁矿石中也伴生有含锆(Zr)物相。本文以海南石碌矿区含锆铁矿石为研究对象,针对海南矿的采、选工艺流程和特点,跟踪了矿石中含Zr物相在采、选环节的物相赋存形式及在不同矿石中的迁移规律。立足含Zr矿的物相特点,结合物相表征和调研对比,采用FactSage热力学分析了含Zr铁矿石在烧结、高炉炼铁、转炉炼钢气氛条件下含Zr物相的转变机理和Zr元素的迁移规律,结果表明:海南矿石中的Zr元素选矿流程和冶炼流程中的迁移走向都有较强的规律,在铁品位高的矿石中含量较高,在冶金流程中Zr元素的迁移受碳含量影响较大,更多富集在烧结矿和高炉渣中,本研究明确了海南矿中Zr元素的迁移和流向,为综合利用海南含锆铁矿提供了技术支撑。 Zirconium is an important alloy elem ent,but its extraction and comprehensive utilization rate is still low due to its complex phase occurrence.The exploitation of zirconium resources in Hainan ranks first in China,and zirconium bearing(Zr)phases are also associated in iron ores.This paper takes zirconium-bearing iron ore in Shilu mining area of Hainan province as the research object.According to the mining and dressing process flow and characteristics of Hainan ore,the occurrence form of material phase in mining and dressing process and the migration rule of material phase in different ores are tracked.Based on the phase characteristics of Zr bearing ores,combined with phase characterization investigation and comparison,the transformation mechanism of Zr containing iron ores and the migration law of Zr elements in sintering,blast furnace iron-making and converter steelmaking atmosphere were analyzed by FactSage thermodynamics.The results show that:the migration trend of Zr element in Hainan ore has a strong law in beneficiation process and smelting process.The content of Zr element in high iron grade ore is higher.In metallurgical process,the migration of Zr element is greatly affected by carbon content,which is more concentrated in sinter and blast furnace slag.In this study,the migration and flow direction of Zr element in Hainan ore are determined,which provides technical support to comprehensively utilize Hainan zircon.
