摘要
由于危险化学品自身的特性,爆炸、腐蚀和毒害性等,以及在应用和管理中存在人为操作、管理方面缺陷,导致生产过程中危化品安全管理事故频频发生,不仅危害到生产安全,也容易引发环境污染问题,必须进一步加强企业危化品安全管理工作。文章结合自身工作实践,在分析引发使用危化品的企业安全生产事故原因的基础上,对企业做好危化品安全管理和环保工作的对策措施进行了探讨,以进一步完善危化品使用安全管理和环保措施,强化安全管理成效。
Because of the characteristics of hazardous chemicals,explosion,corrosion and toxicity,as well as the defects of artificial operation and management in application and management,the accidents of hazardous chemicals safety management frequently occur in the production process,it is not only harmful to production safety,but also easy to cause environmental pollution.It is necessary to strengthen the safety management of dangerous chemicals in enterprises.Based on the analysis of the causes of accidents in the production of dangerous chemicals in enterprises,this paper discusses the countermeasures for enterprises to do well the safety management and environmental protection of dangerous chemicals,to further improve the use of dangerous chemicals safety management and environmental protection measures to strengthen the effectiveness of safety management.
