摘要
环境问题的时空多变性、复杂性、外部性和科学不确定性等特点随着全球化的加深正在急剧地改变着我们关于环境政策制定、环境国家和环境管理的传统观点,同时也推动着环境治理(Environmental Governance)的创新和发展。近年来得到快速发展和应用的西方环境社会学理论——社会-经济-自然的复合环境流理论,在全面系统分析各类环境问题实质、辨识关键社会驱动因子和社会网络,并构建涵盖完整环境流的共治空间等方面,跳出了以往在科学研究中学科分割、在管理实践中部门分割、就事论事的局限,被视为面向可持续发展构建跨学科和多学科聚焦研究的理想框架。
The spatiotemporal variability,complexity,externality and scientific uncertainty of environmental issues are changing dramatically with the deepening of globalization.Our traditional views on environmental policy formulation,environmental countries and environmental management are also promoting the innovation and development of environmental governance(Environmental Governance).In recent years,the Western environmental sociology theory,which has been rapidly developed and applied in recent years,is the social-economic-natural composite environmental flow theory.It comprehensively and systematically analyzes the essence of various environmental problems,identifies key social drivers and social networks,and builds a complete environment.The co-governance space of the flow has overcome the limitations of the previous division of disciplines in scientific research,division of departments in management practice,and consideration of issues.It is regarded as an ideal framework for constructing interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary focused research for sustainable development.
