摘要
冷态活化再生沥青混合料以废旧沥青混合料为原材料,加入活化再生剂、乳化沥青、水泥及外加剂,常温下经拌和后作为铺面材料进行道路铺筑,可节约原材料、降低造价、减少环境污染。基于此,文章针对传统冷再生沥青混合料水稳定性不足问题,活化废旧沥青混合料,采用不同类型乳化剂生产乳化沥青,在不同乳化沥青和水泥用量条件下,进行冷态活化再生沥青混合料水稳定性研究,分析乳化剂类型、乳化沥青用量和水泥用量对冷态活化再生沥青混合料水稳定性的影响,提出满足混合料水稳定性规范要求的最佳乳化沥青用量和水泥用量,研究结果对冷态活化再生沥青混合料的工程应用提供理论依据。
Cold rejuvenating recycling mixture uses waste asphalt mixture as raw material,adding activated regenerant,emulsified asphalt,cement and admixture,and after mixing,it is used as paving material for road paving,which can save raw materials,reduce cost and reduce environmental pollution.This article aims at the problem of insufficient water resistance stability of cold rejuvenating recycling mixture,rejuvenationg old asphalt,using different types of emulsifiers to produce emulsified asphalt,under different conditions of emulsified asphalt and cement dosage,cold rejuvenating recycling mixture water resistance damage performance is researched,analyze the influence of emulsifier type,emulsified asphalt amount and cement amount on the water stability of cold rejuvenating recycling mixture are analyzed,and the best emulsified asphalt amount and cement amount that meet the requirements of the mixture water stability specification are put forward.The research results will provide theoretical basis for engineering applicat ion of cold rejuvenating recycling mixture.
