摘要
文章旨在解决悬挂式单轨轨道梁设计参数的取值问题,采用控制变量的思路,利用有限元软件进行轨道梁的模拟计算。根据计算结果,以每km轨道梁用钢量为优化目标,进行轨道梁的结构参数优化,最终得到用钢量最少且满足设计要求的轨道梁结构参数方案。
The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of how to choose the design parameters of the suspended monorail beam.We use the idea of control variables,and use the finite element software to simulate the track beam.According to the calculation results,taking the steel consumption per kilometer of track beam as the optimization goal,the structural parameters of track beam are optimized.Finally,we get the structural parameter scheme of the track beam with the least amount of steel and meeting the design requirements:the span is 25m,the stiffener spacing is 1.5m,the slab thickness is 12mm,the top web thickness is 30mm,the bottom slab thickness is 36mm.
