摘要
梁体有效预应力度关系到梁体的安全性和耐久性,压浆前可通过反拉法进行锚下有效预应力检测,压浆后的预应力度目前没有比较好的办法进行检测。鉴于压浆后预应力度的检测评估非常重要,文章通过一种荷载试验方法来分析评估试验梁的预应力张拉效果。其中,荷载试验以梁底应力δ=0为试验控制目标,通过测量试验过程中控制截面挠度、梁底应力,观察梁底开裂情况。此方法可以直接反应梁底预应力度,进而评定试验梁的预应力张拉效果。
The effective prestress degree of the beam body is related to the safety and durability of the beam body.Before the grouting,the effective prestress under the anchor can be tested by the reverse tension method.At present,there is no better way to detect the prestress degree after grouting,It is very important to test and evaluate the pre stress after grouting.In this paper,a load test method is used to analyze and evaluate the prestressed tension effect of the test beam,In the load test,the stress at the bottom of the beam is equal to 0 as the test control target.By measuring the deflection of the section and the stress at the bottom of the beam during the test,observe the cracks in the bottom of the beam,This method can directly reflect the prestress degree of the bottom of the beam,and then evaluate the prestressed tensile effect of the test beam.
