摘要
托辊卡阻是造成带式输送机引燃事故的重要因素之一,为提高带式输送机运行的安全性和稳定性,利用摩擦热力学分析托辊与输送带接触摩擦时托辊的温升规律,结合ANSYS摩擦仿真得出托辊卡阻的判定依据。并提出采用红外热成像和图像处理相结合的方法对运行中的带式输送机进行图像识别,采用OSTU阈值分割、形态学改进和灰度重心算法分割并标定出图像中的卡阻托辊。经过10组实验测试表明,该方法可以准确地检测并标定出带式输送机运行状态下托辊卡阻现象。
Roller jam is one of the important factors that cause the belt conveyor to ignite an accident.In order to improve the safety and stability of the belt conveyor operation,the temperature rise law of the roller when the roller is in contact with the conveyor belt is analyzed using friction thermodynamics.Law,combined with ANSYS friction simulation to determine the basis of the roller jam.The method of combining infrared thermal imaging and image processing was used to identify the image of the belt conveyor in operation.The OSTU threshold segmentation,morphological improvement and gray center of gravity algorithm were used to segment and calibrate the jam rollers in the image.After 10 groups of experimental tests,the method can accurately detect and calibrate the blocking phenomenon of the rollers in the running state of the belt conveyor.
