摘要
以某校商学院市场营销专业为例,紧密结合学校特色与地方行业实际需求,探索构建应用型本科院校市场营销专业跨界实践育人模式。跨界实践育人过程中围绕产学研合作、服务石化行业、立足地方经济,通过提升实践育人技术,做到“三转变一提升”,努力培养具有创新精神、实践能力、创业魄力的高素质营销人才。
Taking the marketing major of Business School in a university as an example,cross-border practical education mode of marketing major in application-oriented universities is explored by combining closely with the characteristics of the school and the actual needs of local industries.The process of cross-border practice education revolves around the cooperation of production,teaching and research,serving the petrochemical industry,basing on the local economy.By upgrading the practical teaching technology of marketing and achieving"three transformations and one promotion",high-quality marketing professionals can be cultivated with innovative spirit,practical ability and entrepreneurial spirit.
