摘要
为能更有效地进行公路安全风险评估,在收集的施工事故的统计基础上,对公路工程进行定性和定量的分析,进行风险因素辨识,总结出施工的特点并确定出公路工程施工的风险因素。参照相关规范,在征求从业者建议基础上建立风险评估指标体系,利用熵值法确立各风险指标的权重,并基于相对差异函数确立了对公路施工工程的风险评估,为公路施工安全提供合理依据。
In order to carry out road safety risk assessment more effectively,on the basis of collected statistics of con⁃struction accidents,qualitative and quantitative analysis of highway engineering is carried out,risk factors are identified,construction characteristics are summarized and the risk factors of highway engineering construction are determined.Re⁃ferring to relevant norms,risk assessment index system is established on the basis of consulting practitioners′sugges⁃tions,and established by using entropy method.The weight of each risk index and the risk assessment of highway con⁃struction project are established based on the relative difference function,which provides a reasonable basis for highway construction safety.
