双层异纹大提花织物互不露底接结点位置表征 被引量:1

摘要 探讨双层异纹大提花织物互不露底接结点位置的表征方法。根据表里层互不露底接结原理,建立了表组织、里组织与接结组织关系矩阵模型。根据矩阵模型,利用VB语言程序实现互不露底接结组织表征。采用里经接结法,织制由接结点连接的上、下两层图案独立互不露底的织物。试织结果表明:通过接结点组织表征程序对接结点进行筛选,可成功织制互不露底双层异纹大提花织物。认为:该方法具有较好的可行性,有助于开发互不露底的接结双层异纹大提花织物。 Characterization method of binding position without revealing bottom of double-layer different patterns jacquard fabric were discussed.According to binding principle of covering weave and back weave without revealing bottom,a matrix model of the relationship between covering weave,back weave and binding weave was established.According to the matrix model,VB language program was used to binding weave characterization without revealing bottom.Back warp binding method was adopted to weave fabric with upper and lower layers pattern connected by binding points independently and without revealing bottoming.The results of trial weaving showed that binding position was selected through binding weave characterization program,which can successfully woven double-layer different patterns jacquard fabrics without revealing bottom.It is considered that the method has better feasibility,which is helpful for the development of binding double-layer different patterns jacquard fabrics without revealing botton.
