摘要
液化天然气具有良好的环境效益性,成为新的时期船用发动机的替代燃料的首选。通过分析当前国内外船用LNG动力发动机的应用现状,提出进一步优化LNG动力发动机性能的措施,认为燃料掺氢将是潜在的实施方案。研究燃料掺氢对LNG动力发动机燃烧性能和排放性能的影响,通过1台改造的发动机试验台架进行相关研究。测试结果对比显示,燃料掺氢后,LNG动力发动机尾气中一氧化碳排放浓度明显降低,氮氧化物浓度变化不明显,排烟温度有所升高。试验表明,燃料掺氢将有助于改善船用LNG动力发动机的燃烧和排放情况。
Liquefied natural gas has little environmental pollution and become the first choice of alternative fuel for marine engines.This study analyzes the current application status of marine LNG fueled engines,and proposes measures to further optimize the performance of LNG fueled engines.It is believed that hydrogen adding with fuel will be a potential implementation plan.In order to study the effect of fuel added with hydrogen on the combustion and emission performance of LNG fueled engines,related research was conducted on a modified engine test bench.The comparison of the test results shows that the concentration of carbon monoxide in the exhaust of the LNG fueled engine is significantly reduced,the concentration of nitrogen oxides is not significantly changed,and the exhaust temperature is increased after the fuel is hydrogenated.Tests have shown that hydrogenation of fuel will help improve the combustion and emissions of marine LNG fueled engines.
