摘要
介绍了带3种特殊抽芯脱模机构的斜流道两板注射模,针对成型塑件脱模困难的问题,设计了直管二次延时侧抽芯机构、弯管抽芯机构、双侧内收抽芯机构,直管二次延时侧抽芯机构采用内外型芯嵌套的双层型芯延时差动抽芯,以减少成型塑件的脱模变形;弯管抽芯机构将液压缸设置于动模板的底部,以驱动弯管型芯做圆弧抽芯运动,减少了弯管平面布置方式对模具结构尺寸的要求;双侧内收抽芯机构利用T形槽同步驱动双侧滑块进行内收抽芯,减少了机构对模架的使用空间要求。
A two-plate injection mould with inclined runner and three special core-pulling demoulding mechanisms was introduced.Aiming at the difficult demoulding of plastic parts,the secondary delayed side core-pulling mechanism with straight pipe,the elbow core-pulling mechanism,and the two-side internal core-pulling mechanism were designed.The double-layer core-pulling mechanism with inner and outer cores was used to reduce the demoulding deformation of plastic parts by delayed differential pulling.The oil cylinder mechanism was set at the bottom of the clamping plate of moving half to drive the elbow core to core-pulling circularly,which greatly reduced the requirement of the structure size of the mould for the plane layout of the elbow.The double-side core-pulling mechanism was driven by a T-groove,and the space requirement for the mould frame was reduced.
