摘要
以银杏叶为参照,对银杏杆、刺梨叶、刺梨杆中的黄酮含量进行检测,以期确定银杏杆、刺梨叶、刺梨杆的开发利用价值。分别取银杏及刺梨的叶部和杆部,通过乙醇浸提法提取各部位中黄酮,采用Al(NO3)3-NaNO2分光光度比色法检测各部位总黄酮含量。结果表明,银杏杆中黄酮含量远低于其他3种样品;刺梨叶和刺梨杆中黄酮含量较银杏叶中黄酮含量高,是极具开发利用价值的生物活性资源。试验为进一步开发利用刺梨叶和刺梨杆资源提供了科学依据。
In this study,Ginkgo biloba leaves were used as a reference to detect the content of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba twigs,Rosa roxburghii Tratt leaves,and twigs,to determine the development and utilization value of them.Total flavonoids contents in leaves and stem from Ginkgo biloba and Rosa roxburghii Tratt were exerted by the ethanol extraction method and then were determined by Al(NO3)3-NaNO2 spectrophotometric colorimetry.The results showed that the content of flavonoids in ginkgo twigs was much lower than that of the other three samples.However,the content of flavonoids in Rosa roxburghii Tratt leaves and twigs was higher than that in ginkgo leaves,which was a bioactive resource with significant development and utilization value.This study provides a scientific basis for the more reasonable further development and utilization of Rosa roxburghii Tratt leaves and branch resources.
